I say this a billion times a day, so heres another go.
WoW has no direct player interaction, the game is linear in every way an MMORPG Should not be.
Its pure grind, level 1 to level 60, and then you grind to get items from high level instances, or you "Grind PvP".
WoW is the only game I have ever played where you can actually "Grind PvP". You die, respawn, run into the enemies, kill a few, die again, repeat 250 times.
Guild's are only their for chat channels and a name above your head.
The game has almost no depth beyond a few quest encounters.
Player's have absolutely NO control over the world, what happens in it, other then the smacktalk. No guild halls, no player controlled land, nothing. ----------------------------------------

Isnt that a grind too?
No, thats stupidity. The fact of the matter is that if you use your dreadnaught correctly you could easily remake the cash you spent on it.
Ransom a POS.
And trying to "PvP" in a dreadnaught is not something you should try. They are mobile siege tools.
Edit: To even further my point, I *Never* Grind in EvE. I make all my money from purely pvp. Not even gate camping, just plain pvp. ----------------------------------------

Exactly. The only possible way to judge quality is how popular they are. If people like them, they're good.
People liking them has nothing to do with how good they are.
People like cigarette's. People use Cigarette's. Most people that use and like cigarette's know they are ****. ----------------------------------------

This depends how you judge quality. Does marketting affect quality?

WoW was good before battlegrounds. I used to have great fun killing people out in the real world with my rogue and mage.
But... then they had to kill it and introduce the grind there too, so I left. :p
>.>, I feel ashamed to admit the same. But I didnt hit 60 and realize how stupid it was until the same week BG's hit though. So I may have left sooner. ----------------------------------------
